@JDhelpteam I have been half hour trying to resolve a refund. I received an item that did not belong to me. I’ve been told that I cannot get a refund until I return this and it is processed which can take up to two weeks if it gets processed properly at all.
I need to discuss this with someone as I’m so frustrated that your customer service team have not got the authority to issue something as easy as a refund. What are they there for but to front your policies that protect your company but not the customer.
