@PacoDardon Looks very much like digoxin effect. The rhythm appears to be ST with 1° AV block.

Since previously healthy, ? intentional/accidental cardiac glycoside poisoning.

I believe digoxin use is a rare cause of thrombocytopenia.

💡🕵🏽‍♂️Great case we recently had. 28 YO previously healthy woman consulting for intractable nausea.

🩺 On PE we notice tachycardia & extrasystoles.

🧪 No electrolyte imbalance. Plts 19,000, no other significant finding.
