@JetBlue ridiculous that I landed at 1:30 am est on flight 2319 and we have been sitting on the tarmac for over 30 minutes. There are tons of empty gates but the one JetBlue gate is occupied by a flight that is delayed. Not the way you treat your customers. Pay for another gate!

@Delta you changed my flight for an upcoming trip by 5 hours. It does not work for me! I have been on hold over 3 hours waiting for a representative. When I try to change online it does work.Why not have a call back service like other airlines?Or hire more people? Ridiculous
