@marclou Yup 100% agreed, i'd just like to mention that we need to be careful on backend: AI often creates resources for me on Supabase that are completely RLS insecure
I mean, we really need to re-read the code for security
@JulieLabs8 Survivorship bias but still worth trying as it unlocks freedom. Jack and many others learned along the way, and imho what it teaches is that we must just ship more with instinct and not overthink
I was a big fan of Claude Code on the 20$ monthly plan but I always ran out of usage in 3 prompts, everybody talked about GPT 5.5 so I subscribed again to try again. And wow, it hallucinates way less, i got so much more usage and it feels smarter than Opus. Way less frustating!
@tomlbutler@levelsio Partially sovereign but there have been bad choices made recently making this less true
For example yes we have 70% of our energy from nuclear, it should be cheap but itโs not because we follow the EU rules & market: it depends on natural gas price and makes it expensive here
@benjamincrozat@SimonHoiberg Hahaaa yes exactly we like to complain ๐
But in France when talking business I feel people are often finding the downsides instead of pushing forward and motivating others
@benjamincrozat@SimonHoiberg Restaurants still open after 9pm, shops opened on Sunday, people working, people having other hobbies than mountain, risk-taking, talking about business, and being positive
@Liathetrader@SimonHoiberg Iโm afraid to feel the exact same when visiting. Iโm French but I want to live in a more positive & risk-taking culture. My gf and I are looking for Miami, Austin or San Diego, they all 3 seem perfect for us
Itโs more a matter of visa
@ArunDrall10@SimonHoiberg Ohhh seems great! I planned to visit Zurich & Lausanne this spring to see if we could live here with my gf & our dog ๐
Weโre hesitating with the USA for the hustling energy, we need to compare both
I think most people don't reach their goals because they don't feel accountable or belonging to a community
The indie hacking one is great but it feels very distant as we mainly see top players, but few beginners
I'm creating a community for early achievers, DM me if interested
I also think Switzerland is the winner in Europe, but Iโm still hesitating regarding the high cost of living and the need to speak German.
I was looking for Zurich so of course itโs the most expensive but it seems the best for safety + dynamism.
It is ok not to speak German but only English there?
I have 2 repos (one expo for ios app, and one nextjs for landing + API).
How to configure Claude to work on both projects with one prompt?
e.g. I want to add a new page on the app that needs to call a new API route, I'd like Claude to work on both repos
I'm switching from Cursor to Claude Code (inside vscode with claude extension), but only thing I miss is the tab completion. Is there a way to have it inside vscode using Claude?
