My dad bought a house in England, built a house in Nigeria and has gone back to Nigeria as a UK pensioner. Thing is he’s currently enrolled in a Nigerian law school in his 60’s! Can you imagine!
I think those from immigrant backgrounds at least you can go back to your country of origin and retire. Like it’s there as an option. Cost of living is way cheaper and you’ll be surrounded by family. People native to the West often don’t have that type of luxury
