@RelianceH_ng how long does it take to send payment details to renew a service that ended since 12 Feb 2026. Yet you continuously send emails saying benefits accrued will be lost, when the issue is from your end?

@Holusholar6@nhia_nigeria@RelianceH_ng As you can see several people are complaining about your services. How is it so hard to generate a payment link, it is now 4days late and yet messages are being sent to hound enrolles when the issue is from your incompetence.
How much longer before this is sorted?
@RelianceH_ng Your administration / payment team needs to be fired. I have requested for payment link to renew services for 5 enrolles, I was told the service has to expired before a link is provided. Now a day after, no link despite a reminder being sent and a response received
@RelianceH_ng how hard is it to generate a payment link or invoice? You claimed you sent invoice to my sister, she did not receive it. What exactly is happening @nhia_nigeria@channelstv

If this is true why has not memo being sent out @cenbank and other financial authorities should look into them. Customers should be protected
Consistently, this HMO has showed it lacks proper organizational structure and competence when handling communication with it's stakeholders (customers) who are mostly elderly. @nhia_nigeria Should investigate this, this service is for the vulnerable and it is treated so lightly.
that it has been escalated, yet this morning a message is sent to the enrolles that " that thir access is suspended and they should pay on or before 19th Feb, 2026". Should your payment structure not be automated? Should your clients be the one chasing you to do the needful?
@RelianceH_ng I have been very understanding and patient asking questions and getting nowhere apart from generic emails. I will proceed to reach out to @nhia_nigeria with all emails since they regulate HMO. I do think your organisation is fit to handle healthcare especially for
@RelianceH_ng People want to know how much you care and not how much you know. The service the elders under the care of your organisation has left so much to be desired. Improve your services then maybe people would be more responsive to your knowledge sharing. Just a thought.
