@BNZ I hope you realise your customers expect a better explanation of your outage systems don’t just “go down” for hours magically and if you expect us to continue banking with you I’d expect some more direct transparency
@BNZ you’re entire system is down including access to ATMs and it’s atrocious. All of your branches are closed, call centres are an hour wait time and you have no outages reported on your website. What’s going on?
@fltwhte@BNZ The most frustrating thing is that BNZ are still reporting (nzherld, rnz) that customers can withdraw cash from ATMs but it isn’t true. Got caught out today in Wellington as couldn’t even use their ATMs. At least report it properly so people know and don’t get stuck!
@BNZ Thanks for the PR statement, but what work are you actually doing to resolve the issue? What causes such an outage? And what assurances can you give customers that this won’t keep happening as it’s a monthly occurrence. Entire banking systems down at the drop of a hat?
Since we’re going to end up with a split level - can Level 3 business send items to Level 4 customers?
Level 4: can’t operate.
Level 3: can operate contactless.
