Indian airlines have to be some of the worst corporates you directly interact with. I have had better service experiences in private buses than @flyspicejet is providing to their customers. No shame in telling people they won't get refreshments they're entitled to while waiting

@DGCAIndia is just watching while all their rules get thrown in the dustbin every day by these airlines. You're supposed to provide refreshments and snacks while people are suffering at the airport. If they have to spend hundreds and thousands on food at inflated airport stores

@flyspicejet I have shared pnr but why is there nobody in person at the gate to answer the questions of passengers? Why don't you let me know where a passenger can get a hold of someone from your team? The flight is delayed by 4 hours almost. you're supposed to be providing help to them

You can't just delay evening flights to midnight and not even have anyone there to answer the passengers. You guys need to stop being the business if you can't follow the rules and be professional with your customers
