@ATT I’ve been attempting to get an old phone unlocked for two days now; the website constantly throws errors when I try to add the IMEI and phone service told me to get in touch with Apple, who told me AT&T has locked the current and future activiations. I need this resolved.

@Amtrak It was resolved; however, it’s unacceptable to not have the ability to contact a station — either directly or via the central 800 number. It’s further unacceptable that your agents couldn’t (or simply didn’t) suggest Amtrak PD as a secondary contact in such a situation.

@Amtrak It’s unconscionable that I can’t get a direct line to someone at BWI station to resolve an issue with a Navy midshipman picking up my stepson. The main 800 number is entirely unhelpful, as well. Infuriating.
