There is no age that is more terrible than 30 to 42. The terrible 30s they call them.
This age is full of urgency to do everything. You will feel like you are running out of time. It's this age your addictions really start to show. The bills are now heavier. Your parents are aging and some might need your help.
And while all this is going on you meet your friend with a new G-Wagon while you are shopping for gumboot meat in Rongai.
How do you get through them you ask? I would be lying if I said I know. You just wake up one morning and you feel okay. A good sign is when you start wearing clothes to cover your body, not to chase fashion. You buy a phone when it breaks and your idea of fun becomes a full night's sleep.
Hang in there, kids.
Raila has participated in,facilitated and aided three decades of autocratic and corrupt regimes and he's a💲billionaire for it
He uses his role in the second liberation as a shield from accountability
He's a reputation launderer par excellence. May we remember him as so.
A generation raised on “vyombo za wageni” has grown into “usichome” adults.
They value a fake image more than accountability and would rather “tandika kitambaa” over uncomfortable things than confront them.
Heal, beloved

I saw how you all had my back yesterday thank you so much. I don’t take your support lightly 🥹❤️
Yesterday, Babu Owino’s people came for me because of this tweet , led by none other than Aoko. I rarely engage her because, truthfully, I pity her. This is someone who publicly bragged about being used by Sudi and Mbadi in Parliament toilets and didn’t even get compensated. That’s the level she’s at.
She’s obsessed with me, bitter, envious all because I have what she doesn't. She talks about me nonstop, makes up lies, and it’s frankly disgusting. She projects her pain and shame onto every woman who reminds her of what she can never be. I feel sorry for her , she’s been used, tossed aside, and forgotten. No one genuinely cares for her, and it shows in everything she does.
When I visited her in Muthaiga police station, she begged me to help her push a paybill. I refused. Because she’s a fraud cheap, fake, and desperate for relevance. She tries to act tough online, but we all know the truth, she drinks herself to sleep, alone and bitter. She’s not feared or respected just pitied. If I were in her shoes, I’d have given up on life a long time ago. I pity her so much aki 😔
@HEBabuOwino your people don’t move unless you let them. So I’m coming for the source. I live in Embakasi East. That makes you my responsibility now. I won’t waste time on your minions , I’ll deal with you directly.
I didn’t start this, but I promise you’ll know what it feels like to be targeted. Every lie, every insult thrown at me yesterday , you will answer for it. This is who you are: a goon with power. But I’m not afraid of you.
We have bigger issues now so just wait for me❤️
To everyone texting I will not be distracted now. Only this tweet. We have comrades to burry 😔
Africa uncensored presents souls on fire, a documentary on last year’s protest!!! Here is the trailer and I can’t wait for the full documentary in the next few coming days 🔥 🔥 🔥 @AfUncensored 👏👏👏👏
A major cheat code in life: Being a pleasure to deal with. Kind when others aren’t. Calm when things go sideways. Reliable under pressure. Intelligence alone is overrated. Be someone who lightens the load for folks around them. People value people who make their lives easier.
FROM OUR INBOX:
