🚨THIS IS BEYOND CRUELTY: THIS IS AN ASSAULT ON HUMANITY.

A pregnant bank employee, in her third trimester, suffering from liver infection, fever and unbearable itching, begged for leave because her unborn child’s health was at risk.

But what did she reportedly receive instead?

- Leave denied
-Ordered to report on time despite severe condition
-Forced to work even with 102° fever
-Constant mental harassment late into the night
-Threats over minor procedural delay (EOD)
-Zero consideration for her pregnancy
- Zero basic human empathy

Screenshots show messages at 8:27 AM asking for leave… 10:17 AM justifying her medical risk… 9:49 PM being chased by seniors… even 5:30 PM questioned before leaving.

When a woman has to defend her medical condition just to rest for the safety of her baby, it is no longer “pressure” it is workplace brutality.

Anyone who reportedly treats a pregnant woman’s pain as an “excuse” is not a manager that is a monster wearing a corporate badge.
A person who cannot respect motherhood, cannot lead humans. Only a power-drunk, cold-blooded mindset behaves like this.

This is not management - this is psychological violence.
This is not just unfair - this is immoral, unethical, and in spirit, criminal.

He has been denying leaves, overburdening me with work… not even giving lunch break. Making me stay till late as reported in Hindustan Times.

What must happen NOW:
Immediate accountability under maternity protection laws
Zero tolerance for managerial harassment
Action against those who exploit power over vulnerable employees
Mandatory sensitisation for officers handling women staff
Psychological and emotional safeguarding mechanisms

Remember:
Bankers are not machines.
Pregnant women are not targets.
Authority is not a license to torture.

If the system remains silent, it becomes an accomplice to this cruelty. Silence is approval and in cases like this, silence is equally monstrous.

Let this post reach policymakers, regulators, and every banking leader. Enough of the cruelty masked as discipline.

एक अकेले कमरे में नौकरी करता हुआ इंसान पूरे साल रहता है कृपया उसे घर जाने की इजाजत दें।
