@TfL usual appalling met line service back again. After weeks of a 15 min service it was allegedly back to normal and yet this morning there’s a double cancellation. So late to work AGAIN. So very fed up. You had a better service at the height of the pandemic

@Pret super disappointed to learn your ‘new’ subscription QR code can’t be added to your wallet. Absolute pain. Please sort it.

@Pret @Reidstopher I was going to ask the same question. This makes it much yes useful as I use the QR code on my watch from the wallet. Now you’ve altered a great system to make it a hassle. 🤔🙄

@TfL And the masks. ‘Please continue doing this at all times when travelling on TfL public transport … if you do not you may be refused entry to the network ‘ 🤔 that is an absolute joke. I have used TfL throughout the Pandemic and never felt so unsafe 👎🏼

@TfL how long is the met line ‘special service ‘ running. Trains are now much more crowded - you cannot maintain any social distancing plus approx 50% in my carriage this eve without a mask. I thought TFL still required a mask so why are so many ignoring it.

@IKEAUKSupport hi. I have used your app today to place an order. I have £60 IKEA voucher. When checking out this all went through and progressed to the balance. When I then entered PayPal it all crashed and went back to basket. Tried again but now vouchers won’t work. 😕

@IKEAUK hi IKEA. Is there a customer service email address I can use ? I have vouchers which I entered in the system. Progressed to pay the railing balance and your app crashed and returns me to the basket page. Now the vouchers won’t work. Please help.

@British_Airways why can only bookings made from 3rd March - 31st May change their dates ? Please change this offer for all booked flights. You’re penalising the organised ! ( ps don’t want a voucher !)

@British_Airways And a bonus this morning is the only flight from LBA to LHR is cancelled. Rebooked for tomorrow night. So now £150 out of pocket for a train as need to be at work

@British_Airways what’s happened to your BA app. The recent ‘upgrade’ makes checking in. Changing seats etc very hard. I constantly have to log into exec account. The older version was so much easier. Now I have to re log in and go through about 6 links to either change a seat☹️

@British_Airways since my IOS 13.1 update if I access the BA app I have an endless loop of all my future flights updating locations into my diary. It s a bug I can see has happened to many -see BA app Siri integration on google. I have turned it off but please fix bug asap
