Now that we've reached that point where you can't tell the difference between deepfakes and real content, an interesting thing has happened. Social media has become a lot less captivating. Whenever I see new photos and videos, now by default I feel skepticism that I didn't have before. I no longer appreciate content the way I used to and dismiss most of it as AI, even when I don't know for certain if it is or not.
Ultimately, in the Degenerate Era of the universe, time ends. That means there comes a point in the far distant future where time no longer has meaning. Long after every star has gone dark and every black hole evaporated away, (perhaps 1 with a trillion trillion zeros years from now) entropy in the universe will be maximized. All temperature becomes uniform and nearly every particle will be at or close to zero-point energy. Time no longer measures change because there is no macroscopic change. So all that remains is an ever expanding void of quantum foam and virtual particles.

@cjc Cool domain. Five figures, right? Good deal. The real question is, how did you get that incredible three-character handle? I hear only the most elite X users get their three-letter initials as handles. ๐
@unusual_whales "balance" in this sense is subjective, and like most things in life, it depends whether it leads to mediocrity or not. for some, work-life balance is the key to unlocking their potential, for others only by living imbalanced can they excel.
Been fortunate enough to visit 7 out of 8 of those countries. Still need to visit Guinea-Bissau. As someone who speaks Portuguese, I recommend visiting Brazil, Portugal, and Angola. Go for the food and the people! (Btw, when I was in Dili, East Timor, almost no one spoke Portuguese. They all spoke Tetum.)
