@a2hosting_alert Can you please confirm that what your sales person said to me today is true? They told me most likely the arizona server are not recoverable but they wont give up and they wont announce it. But he adviced me to start with other companies. Is this true?

@irene_chissa @a2hosting_alert they can't recover it. sales team told me that it's best we just move to another hosting and start working from scratch. since they have no news on arizona servers at all.

@bamboosourcery @a2hosting_alert @a2hosting it's amazing how they can just IGNORE the request for a status update on arizona server. How come there's NO NEWS on it. is it being worked on? is it in a more serious situation than others? WE JUST NEED TO KNOW

@AminaMuraina @a2hosting_alert customer service just said we have to prepare for az servers with heavy data loss. most likely we will only get a blank canvas back
