Company’s are responding to 200 block west Ashland Avenue, Glenolden for a garage fire

Company is heading to Sharon Hill 100 Block of Greenwood for two houses on fire. Houses on that street are row homes.

Marine 1 has been busy the last 18 hours with water rescue calls. They have spent most of the day in Darby evacuating residents from their homes due to flash flooding caused by heavy rains last night and this morning. Please use caution when driving.

Motorists and @SEPTA should expect delays in the area of Delmar Drive and Taylor Drive from 1030 to noon. @SEPTA will be unable to use Taylor Drive and will stop their route at the Shopping Center for approximately 1 hour. Come out and enjoy the parade!!

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Past Chief/President Ron Cook. Ron was a member for nearly 66 years. Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced shortly.

Busy morning for station 1. Three water rescue calls and one fire alarm. In a matter of one hour between 7-8 am

That would be three tools in-service. As of this moment extrication has been complete. This accident is located in Darby Township near the Philadelphia city border

Squad one and rescue one on location number 3 Hook Rd with an accident with entrapment. Currently they have free tools in service trying to extricate the victim. Traffic on Hook Road between Lindbergh and Calcon Hook will be shut down for until the scene is clear

Companies on location 1500 block Hermesprota drive, house fire. Fire is under control at this time.
