Residency requirements are a hot topic now that people are realizing that states like Tennessee are allowing never resided voters to participate in TN elections.

North Carolina was just sued and lost.
Nebraska and Colorado are currently being sued.

It's hard to believe, but Tennessee doubled down this year on allowing non-military individuals who has never lived in Tennessee or have any intention of living here, register and vote in statewide elections.

The SOS and the General assembly are fully aware that they are violating the Tennessee constitution-and they don't care.

They continue to hold YOU to a residency requirement, but allow "never resided" voters to cancel out your vote for school board, county commission, state rep, governor, etc.
