@PulmCrit Love the IBCC. This is “similar” to your thoughts on hypernatremia in the ICU - PRN IV Antihypertensives use in an asymptomatic patient who can tolerate oral medications is a failure to titrate oral therapy appropriately not a reason to escalate IV therapy
