A dense green forest area is being developed in central Delhi. The project will use indigenous plants suited to the local environment... Smt @nsitharaman, along with students, planted the first saplings for ‘Bharat Vann’ at Lodhi Colony Park, New Delhi as part of #SevaSankalpAbhiyan and #EkPedMaaKeNaam initiative.

The project envisages the plantation of 10,000 native saplings to enhance biodiversity and contribute to a greener, healthier Delhi.
It is supported by India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (@IIFCL) under its CSR initiative.

76 students from Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, joined the plantation drive taking forward Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi’s #EkPedMaaKeNaam initiative.

Shri Manoj Dwivedi, Chairman and Shri Kuljeet Singh Chahal (@kuljeetschahal), Vice Chairman - @tweetndmc, along with Shri Rohit Rishi, MD - IIFCL, were also present on the occasion.

ಸ್ಥಳೀಯವಾಗಿ "ತಾಯಿಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಗಿಡ" ಅಭಿಯಾನವು, ಸಮುದಾಯದ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ವೃಕ್ಷಾರೋಹಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಯಚೂರಿನ ಹಸಿರು ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

ರಾಯಚೂರಿನ ಭಾರತ ವನ ಗಿಡ ನೆಡುವ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಡಿ, ಎರಡು ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಯಾವಾಕಿ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ 50 ಸಾವಿರ ಸಸಿಗಳನ್ನುನೆಡಲಾಗುವುದು:

🔹 ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಚೇರಿಯ 1 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ10 ಸಾವಿರ ಸಸಿಗಳು.

🔹ಕಸದ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಜಾಗದ 5 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ40 ಸಾವಿರ ಸಸಿಗಳು

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಎಸ್‌ಪಿಎಂಸಿಐಎಲ್, ಇಸ್ರೋ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯೂ ಸ್ಪೇಸ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿವೆ.

ಭಾರತ ವನ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀತಾಫಲ, ನೇರಳೆ, ಮಾವು, ಹಲಸು, ನೆಲ್ಲಿಕಾಯಿ, ಅರ್ಜುನ, ಬೇವು, ಅರಳಿ, ಆಲ, ಬಿದಿರು, ನುಗ್ಗೆ, ತುಳಸಿ, ಹೊಂಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ವೆಮರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಸಸ್ಯ ಪ್ರಭೇದಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಯಚೂರು ಹೊಂದಿರಲಿದೆ.

ಈ ವೃಕ್ಷಾರೋಹಣವು ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ, ಉಷ್ಣಾಂಶ ಇಳಿಕೆ, ಜೀವಿವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜಲ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.
