@merseyflow Your app is not working! I get cut off when I ring and enter my registration number and the website will not recognise my email and car registration. Totally useless! I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY FINES given my numerous attempts to access your awful system. Happy NY!
@MerseyPolice This evening I was run off the road as two SUV style police cars overtook cars on a bend coming towards me. Only by the shear chance there was a junction on my left meant I was able to avoid a serious collision. A response would be appreciated as this was reckless
