Today we commemorate an important date in Poland’s maritime history. On 14 October 1939, the Polish Submarine ORZEL finished its 44-day escape from occupied Poland arriving safely at Rosyth. @PLinEdinburgh @welcometofife @forthpilgrim @defendfife @orzelrosyth
