For my southern Ontario peeps today: a severe weather event is taking shape for this afternoon into this evening with strong tornados, damaging wind and hail and flooding rain. Everyone needs to have plans in place, ability to shelter immediately and eyes to the skies today.
Following last night’s devastating tornadoes, we are coordinating with @MSEMA officials to support affected communities.
We are working closely with our state partners to assess the impacted areas. Our thoughts are with those communities and their loved ones.

Shoveling can be hazardous because of the combination of cold temperatures and exercise. Stay safe!

🔹 Try pushing the snow rather than lifting.
🔹 Take frequent breaks.
