Starlink is sold out. That is the most important thing Gwynne Shotwell @Gwynne_Shotwell said in her SpaceX IPO interview.

She confirmed it directly to Morgan Brennan @MorganLBrennan on CNBC: demand exceeds capacity in "really important markets." Not a satellite problem - a capacity problem. Every waiting subscriber is revenue SpaceX cannot collect yet.

The fix is V3 Starlink satellites on Starship, launching later in 2026. V3 has substantially more per-satellite capacity than earlier generations.

If you are long SpaceX, Starship launch cadence is your revenue leading indicator - not subscriber count, not earnings guidance.
