@manypets_uk why I am waiting for four outstanding claims dating back to 2/11/22? I have a continuation claim for a dog with a longterm illness and I’m waiting on average four months and making four phone calls to chase each time she has meds. @WhichUK stop recommending them!

@lufthansa I have a flight on Friday to Munich returning Sunday. The flight isn’t cancelled but I can’t travel on current Foreign Office advice. I have two economy light tickets booked and can’t get through to service centre. What happens is I don’t get through before Friday?
