@Matalan Your returns process sucks! My Matalan order number is not recognised by your own system and no one answers customer service emails. It shouldn't be this difficult!
@OralB@OralBuk We bought a brush for our 7 year old daughter. Only when we got it home did we see that you can't replace the head! What a complete waste of plastic! This is not sustainable and you'd have to throw it all away when the brushes wear - terrible.
