@waltonkate @Imtaraes @ElysseMorgan Agree about Bonsoy - fantastic soy but imported from Japan with a shipload of carbon emissions. A very good (I think better) alternative to Bonsoy is Vitasoy cafe. Stretches really well and doesn’t taint the flavour of the beans. Definitely also worth a shot. ☕️⚓️
@ElysseMorgan Some coffees can curdle non-dairy based alternatives - especially when the beans are fresh. Could also be that the barista put too much heat in when stretching the milk. Or, could be an almond milk not up to the job of being heated. Almond milk can taste good. So can soy & oat.
