Completing a MSc in finance and concluded that the academics are outdated. They instruct backward looking quantitative models of prediction rather than financial behaviourism. And expect us to assume that all investors carry the same rationality (or same level of irrationality)
@yungluggage It has ways to go in my opinion. After it not only continues providing weak guidance but starts to miss back-to-back earnings estimates, I'd say it is a nice short opportunity for the risk risk-monger
@GianniDiMattia6 You would be giving way too much credit to RE professionals that lack accounting comprehension if you expect them to know what an accrual is😂 but I agree with you nonetheless
"You have all these economists with 160 IQs that spend their life studying it, can you name me one super-wealthy economist that's ever made money out of securities? No"

FYI @TheKouk@RBAInfo
@GianniDiMattia6 You, and many others, may disagree but the prices of the greater Montreal area are outrageous. I just don't see the quality of Montreal matching the price tag. But I will admit I am very biased when making such judgement.
@GianniDiMattia6 I know of businesses raising their prices despite not at all being affecting by inflation believe it or not. So you have that and the hovering fear of inflation in the individual’s mind that is having the labour market ask for higher wages, which then accelerates inflation.
@GianniDiMattia6 Otherwise $CNI $CHD or $ATD.TO (which is my only holding at the moment) all boring yet quality companies imo. Pricing power (excluding ATD) with strong free cash flow and strong management.
