With all of the s&@t at the moment, it’s crucial to share the good. Tonight, an idiot cut across me, forced me off the road and into a ditch-then drove off. I had my 2yr old daughter in the car, pitch black. This guy stops, seen the whole thing, all on camera & pulls me out. Hero

I have since had everything resolved by @British_Airways and very promptly and professionally I have to add. It’s a shame the general avenues seemed so hard to get through as the service since had been what I would expect from a very reputable brand. #gotthereintheend

I know the world is upside down right now and airlines are in a tough spot, but, when @British_Airways cancel my flight and the call line to get a refund is an auto message which cuts my call I’m not happy. I’d like my money back please, not an alternative flight or a voucher.
