@RoyalMailHelp I have just been charged £1:50 at the Windsor sorting office to collect a card with 'insufficient postage' which had a purple 1st class, barcoded Queens head stamp on. Told by staff stamp wasn't valid as needs to be Kings head. Is this correct?
@The_Oodie I am being bombarded with adverts for your new Black Friday deal yet you are unable to dispatch my order from 31st Oct, for which I have already paid a higher price - very poor customer service!
@Grahamhiscott@cooperchris1 £711m = approx £7.8m/day - vastly lower than the £20m/day losses claimed back in June. So would this not mean their strong cash position would last significantly longer than suggested when used as justification for such harsh measures!?
@ITVJoel@unitetheunion Basic element has 20% permanent pay cut and then 'frozen' (no possible pay increase regardless of company performance).Add to that, decimation of other areas of pay (currently contractual)and all long standing Ts & Cs.
It's all in the detail!

@aliosborne20 @GavNewlandsSNP Perhaps the reason you are not sure is that you haven't done any actual research, which for a @thetimes journalist is very disappointing.
Please do some fact checking before you publish, or get an intern to do it for you if you can't be bothered!

@GavNewlandsSNP
@Grahamhiscott Voluntarily offering half its cabin crew a pay increase in current climate??!! Smoke & mirrors - loss of all Ts&Cs and ability to stand down on zero pay as and when suits would still mean big pay cut and no stability for even the most junior crew.
#BAbetrayal#StandWithBAWorkers
@aliosborne20 Your support for BA's strategy and criticism of the unions,Huw Merriman and the TSC, with blatant disregard to the facts, seem to be a sad cry for attention from a journalist whose non BA related tweets receive very little! #BAbetrayal#StandWithBAWorkers
If Alex Cruz wants to come to @CommonsTrans and tell us where our report was not based on fact, I certainly won't stand in his way https://t.co/3SNHYj6734
No straight answer from Raab on whether BA's actions are a disgrace. Also no answer on what Govt will do about BA's behaviour. Govt is hanging BA workers out to dry, when they should be holding BA up as an example of how companies should not act during the crisis #dailybriefing
Thank you to @unitetheunion BA reps for taking the time to speak with me. The Govt must protect jobs within our aviation sector, which is vital to the UK economy. The Govt must act to stop the unacceptable behaviour of senior executives at IAG and BA, towards hard-working staff.
Thank you @British_Airways for the extension to my silver card however due to your treatment of staff I doubt I will use it .Please value your staff and treat them humanly.
I am appalled by British Airways' cynical attempts to exploit this crisis. I pledge to support the 42,000 employees facing redundancy and savage cuts to their working conditions however I can.
That's why I support @GavNewlandsSNP's bill which would ban #fireandrehire tactics.
Pleased to be one of the ten allocated MPs to sponsor Gavin‘s excellent #backinthehold legislation to prevent companies from using this pandemic for opportunistic reasons. All parties represented from all parts of the UK
