@RealJamesWoods As a kid I could safely take the bus to downtown Seattle. Now even McD’s is closed bc it’s not safe. 100+ yrs of Democratic rule has ruined my hometown. Left there 10 yrs ago today for Texas and am better for it. I’ll never go back.

@AdvisorJohn @jillayne Unless you can read the minds of the appraisers, you can’t know that for certain. It was certainly suspicious. and your dogged stance begs the question, are you that naive to believe that an appraiser is never influenced by personal bias?

@AdvisorJohn @jillayne I beg to differ. It’s subtle, but I’ve had more than one client be hit with unreasonable work orders by appraisers. In each case at least one party to the transaction had a name that indicated they were a minority.
