@nikillinit Totally agree. We find that our customers want us to solve a problem for them first and foremost. How we solve the problem (aided by technology or completely manually) matters less. This approach limits our unit economies, but we can proudly say we have real impact from day 1.

@rikrenard@patrick_oshag@destraynor I think what you’ll realize with AI and patient support is not that people are afraid, but that the 1% of answers where the AI hallucinates or is off will be so bad that it Offsets the other 99% of perfectly good answers. The bar is just higher when it comes to people’s health
