@TwilioHelp If you're on a Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3) you can install the iPad app. However, I would ditch Authy and go for an open source solution instead like Bitwarden - saves your passwords and secure tokens too. And "allows" you to export your secure tokens duh.

@MewoMewoCS Yes, a consequence of Twilio Authy not "allowing" us to backup or export our secure tokens. Didn't realize this when I signed up for Authy several years ago. Which is why I'm switching to 2FAS and Bitwarden, storing my secure tokens in both @TwilioHelp Both r open source software

@billcom OK, it looks like you don't like macOS. I tried on Safari and Chrome on macOS 12 Monterey on my M1 MacBook Pro with the same issue, could not get past the CAPTCHA that you're using. I ran a Windows 11 virtual machine Edge, and it had no captcha. Fix your macOS support please.
