Basically light sound frequency effects will heal your body. The 3õ yogi... possibly means basically keep control of your thoughts for peace of mind & body.

The US has confirmed that it has deployed weapons in space, marking the first public acknowledgement of having such capabilities in orbit.

US Secretary of the Air Force, Troy Meink, said the weapons were necessary to counter hostile enemy action, without providing further details, such as when or where they were deployed.

In response, China has warned against turning outer space into a battlefield, while Moscow said space “must be free from any weapon”.
