Best practice to avoid this - 4 *any* sb User who might need to change their password at some point, manually update their User email removing the ".invalid". I've been doing SF for almost 10 years and just now stumbled on this "feature".

Hope this saves someone some hassle ;-)

#AwesomeAdmins watch out when creating sandboxes! I just learned that all sb User emails have ".invalid" appended to them (to avoid any unwanted notifications). Unfortunately this presents problems later on when someone tries to reset their sb password!

This is parts funny and annoying. Basically its false advertising. If you want people to pay extra $ for functionality, have at it.

I just installed @CopadoSolutions Essentials for a long term client of mine. Eager to see what it can all do. Honestly, a little bit intimidated and not sure where to start/what baby steps to try first ! Any other relatively new Copado users/SF Admins out there ?

For those using email to case. I found this gem - a very simple, very useful Flow suggestion that detects incoming and outgoing Case emails, then lets you react - do things like change status, etc.
