@D_Rives_B @LandsknechtPike Hi Douglas - those ‘boxes’ each held a single black powder main charge for the musket. These would have been measured out before battle. There were anything between 10 and 16 on a solider’s ‘bandolier’. The bandolier also held a large flask for charging the pan of the musket. 👍

@CharlesEsdaile @17thCenturyLady How marvellous! I did not know that Stan and Andy had been involved in the series. I remember recording the battle scenes on (audio) tape cassette (well before we had a VCR) and using it as an audio background for our games.
