Some of the illustrations in this style had a kinda generic look to their figures. But I did like the a lot of patterning and color palates used. Methinks it still influences my work today.
Global Village Coffeehouse is a late 1980s to early 2000s design aesthetic known for its handcrafted look, earth tones and nature inspired motifs. It became common in 90s corporate design, appearing across cafes, bookstores, office software and educational materials
