@SamaHoole 26 of the men on the "healthy" diet died and only 8 of them from heart disease? Geez, sounds like the "healthy" diet was fouling up more than just the heart. 🙄 Early evidence polyunsaturated fats are bad news. I see a lot of smoke in the photo; did they control for that? 🤔
