@AlBuffalo2nite It's literally the opposite, white people weren't being hired because they were inherently superior. There are implicit and institutionalized biases and barriers. Addressing them means the 'minimum' qualified white guy isn't just hired because he has the right 'aesthetic'

That isn't ambiguous, it's explicit. Unless you're suggesting he was saying God's 'perfect law' is wrong. That would mean it wasn't perfect.
