@XboxSupport called phone support, tech couldn't fix. Said someone would call back 24hrs...its now 72hrs and no call back. I'm a customer with Xbox 20+ years. I'm disappointed and frustrated!

@TravisCivicOrg If you don't have any luck with getting lawyer to help. Try calling bar association. Unless things have changed, lawyers are required to perform probono work per year.
