BREAKING - FBI ISSUES RED ALERT: Armed and dangerous Mexican national on the run after executing 5 neighbors in Texas; authorities plead for public's help.

Francisco Oropeza, 38, a Mexican national, is on the run and "could be anywhere" after fatally shooting five neighbors, including an 8-year-old child, in Cleveland, Texas. The FBI Houston warns that Oropeza is armed and dangerous, urging anyone who spots him to immediately dial 911 and avoid approaching him.

This is the very definition of a dog who an entire city, and its shelters, MUST save. Lightning Bug was thrown from a car by monsters. She caught pneumonia at the @NYCACC but is being treated for it, and feeling better. There is no question that this dog cannot be killed.

Our dear old boy Clifford is improving by the day, he is eating really well & we are now hopeful for his survival 🥰

Clifford was a dumped pet from Kosnilgoda. He was abused, tormented & arrived totally collapsed, dehydrated & severely anaemic from babesia gibsoni. He was so incredibly weak.

TENGEN wanting to “play” with the assessor hand rather than the toy during his behavior assessment pretty much says it all. This senior gentleman is lovely, a friendly boy who was surrendered to the shelter as a stray, most likely by the parent who didn’t care enough to take the time to tell the intake team all about their older pet. Now we don’t have any of the owner notes telling us of his sweet habits, or how much he loves to cuddle, or how devoted he is to his family. We are certain he is all of that and more. He is understandably a bit shy at the shelter, but he does lean in for comfort with the people he has made friends with there. He wags his tail and happily takes the treats they offer him. True to his breed he is dignified and modest of his many gifts, but inside he hopes with all his heart that a lovely family will give him his perfect retirement home where he can bask in the attentions of people who love him. If you are an experienced foster or adopter who can give this sweet dog a soft place to land.
