In the United States, under the First Amendment, most speech—including advocacy of violence, political hyperbole, offensive rhetoric, or abstract calls for lawbreaking—is protected. Only narrow categories fall outside protection. The two most relevant for “threatening” speech or “calls for violence” are true threats and incitement to imminent lawless action. These standards are high by design to avoid chilling protected expression. Had he named an individual, a place, a time, or any specifics, he would have crossed the line.

I didn't abide by the lock down the first time, and I won't the next time. The government doesn't have that authority, sorry. It is a civil rights violation. The US Constitution does not grant government to say "its an emergency so you have to listen and do what we say" provision. The framers are rolling over in the graves on how far the republic has been twisted on things like this.

You want to know what really just pisses me off... I am a conservative republican, and I have a serious problem with the benefits these politicians get. She spent five years "working for the people", but she gets a pension. For the record, the pension is modest. One analysis around the time of her resignation estimated that at age 62 she would be eligible for roughly $8,700 per year under the FERS formula for members—well below the average for longer-serving retirees. Eligibility for an unreduced pension generally begins at age 62 with 5 years of service (or earlier with much longer service: age 50 with 20 years, or any age with 25 years). She was born in 1974, so the earliest standard start date would be around 2036. That is only after 5 years, these career politicians are already double dipping. No other job other than "politicians" have this kind of pension program. We need to cut off the bullshit money these politicians on both sides of the isle make.
