@UberEats very poor customer service. Delivery person leaves my order in a random unsafe spot and it gets stolen. And Uber Eats is saying it’s my fault? How? #poorcustomerservice
@Instacart it’s disappointing when you find a company you’ve been loyal to refuses to right a wrong. I was told by a manager that a special team would be reaching out to me, and instead I get ghosted. So much for customer care.
@BestBuySupport insane that our TV got delivered broken and now delivery of a new tv has been rescheduled by the team twice with no help from support. And still no update when we'll get it. #unhelpful
