The funny part

Someone on X has been tweeting “$BASE token is definitely coming” for 3 months.

Then you check their wallet… completely empty.

There is a huge difference between talking about an airdrop and actually positioning for one.

It was exactly the same during Arbitrum.
Everyone acted like experts, the snapshot arrived silently, empty wallets were filtered out, and the prepared users got paid.

My expectation

I personally expect a token around late 2026 / early 2027.

The snapshot likely hasn’t happened yet, which means we are still early.
But remember being early doesn’t last forever.
