@Charlemagne_Bot hi, our Bungie social media feed seems to have switched over to surfacing Bungie's Bluesky updates rather than Twitter. There doesn't seem to be a way to restore this?
@sainsburys Oh, AND gates to prevent you leaving unless you scan a receipt barcode. Another inconvenience to shoppers which doesn't deter shoplifters. It will be interesting when someone finally tests this legally against the freedom from arbitrary restraint. You hate your customers.
@sainsburys what is the point of Scan As You Shop? It promises convenience when then the till flashes read and the poor staff member wastes the next ten minutes of our evenings re-scanning an entire shopping trolley. Then the trolley wheels lock on the way out of the store
@sainsburys@sainsburys a miserable, deeply frustrating experience, that will do little to reduce shrinkage and just antagonise paying customers. If only there were a solution like, I don't know, staffed tills.
@DeliverooHelp frustrating experience this evening. We were sent the wrong pizzas, likely from someone else's order. My wife has coeliac disease and it is unclear if these foods were prepared gluten free, and we cannot trust that is so. It is too late to order something else 1/2
@DeliverooHelp Considering that the help section of your app eventually disconnected leaving me with no record of the complaint aside from the screenshots I fortunately remembered to take, I'll certainly DM thank you!
@DeliverooHelp we are a very regular customer. The help function in the app asks for the latest version, which I have. On the web the window must remain open or the claim is cancelled(?). No one replies. 2/2
@InPostUK That's kind of you but I'm lucky enough to know the locations of a dozen or so local ones. Someone accessing the site for the first time will see three, and that those three are full. That's what needs fixing.
@InPostUK the locker finder on the website has only been showing the three closest lockers for the last week or so. Is this a deliberate change? It's not helpful, especially when demand is high and it's necessary to look further away
Hey thanks for your gaslighting email @sewateruk . Nice how you're making it our fault that you gave all our money away as dividends and didn't invest in infrastructure.
@PostOffice this post office lists opening hours until 2200 but informed me today that it closes at 1930. Perhaps you could help them to correct their misleading info, so people don't waste their time visiting? Birch Hill Post Office https://t.co/YgHqsPJSm5
@sainsburys Oh and I appreciate that store probably has a shoplifting problem but it feels like Sainsbury's, and the staff there, are making that everyone's problem.
@sainsburys are you trying to make your stores as unusable as possible? At the Bagshot Road branch today, paying for my shopping took 20 minutes. Self service tills only; bar code on cat food not recognised; assistant gets the manager and has to enter an override code 8 times;
@sainsburys Thanks for the response, but these are the symptoms of problems caused by attempting to address costs and losses with an over reliance on oversold technology, combined with losing focus on customer experience. You'll see the results over time. Thankfully other shops are available
Then the weight sensor goes off every few items after that; other customers are calling for help with their tills too; finally manage to pay and then it's necessary to scan the receipt bard code to exit the prison of railings?
