By Phone: I've tried contacting them through the number provided in the literature that came with the tools: 866.539.1710. I'm now on my 3rd attempt and I've been on hold for 51:35 seconds (right now)!!!

It says 90 DAYS and I have to assume that I'm still within that timeframe given I didn't even get this as a gift for 3 months. I sure don't want to miss out on the LSA -- please help!

Online: I created an account and began registering 2 tools, 1 battery charger, and 3 batteries. I got a response that an error had occurred. I tried again in a few days...same.
