@Parody_RCGP Simple patients never get complicated apparently. And if low skilled carers are then escalating I can already picture them being escalated too late or unable to explain reason for escalation, thereby further delaying senior assessment.
@simon_k_parkes@cannula_service@medicalmodelbri Modernise. Provide sub standard care. Force a two tier system on unsuspecting patients and don't state coi so you can make bank? How very modern of you.
@ExplosiveEnema2 I mean patients lives have been put at risk and unfortunately affected by this hubris and delusions of grandeur. So the time to bekind is over.
this is now a country which doesn't believe in meritocracy. It feeds on the belief that anyone can do anything- thus pay can only be so much.
A socialist mind set re salaries- yet with a capitalist life style and want.
Which was fine when the UK had wealth to bank on.
Yet at one point- every king loses its treasure- when the income dries up.
And here we are- a country bristling with hate- as they can't find anyone else to blame.
@theveindoc I do agree to a certain extent that private practice should not be this rampant in the UK. And it's unfortunately being abused by some consultants from specific specialties.
@DrLKVaughan Agree completely. Will be another avenue for taskification of medicine without any training or requirements. Will expect to see more non doctors treating unsuspecting patients and working on spr rotas
@Anisocyte@DrJPGannon Oof. That just makes him so bad. Not unexpected based on his previous statement. Next he will say doctors aren't needed in obstetrics
@SandipP61970438@cathjw@LittlePersonDoc@Parody_RCGP ... What. Barn door appendicitis with a temperature missed. Just because the mother brought them in shouldn't have made a difference. Clearly shows incompetence at all levels. Triaging, system, management and then clinical assessment.
