I wonder if it’s time to stop speaking about “capacity building”? Is it a deficit notion? What if we think of ourselves as walking alongside to help actualize capacity instead? A cup, whether empty or full, has the capacity to hold liquid. I believe ALL parents HAVE capacity too.
