One year of Rialo.

What started with around a handful of people has grown into a global community that shares our mission to build a smart blockchain network for real financial workflows.

Here is who we are now, building the infrastructure for neofinance. Traditional blockchain systems bolt compliance on after the fact, which locks a lot of regulated activity out of onchain opportunity. Rialo builds the rules, logic, and execution into a system that carries them out, so compliance, privacy and automation become part of the infrastructure itself rather than something layered on top.

Today, blockchain-enabled financial applications require stitching together bridges, oracles, bots, and privacy middleware, then maintaining all of it. We built those functions into the network itself. Over the past year, Rialo became the first network with: 

• User-customizable data feeds
• In-protocol API calls
• User-customizable interoperability
• Configurable privacy

We've also hit milestones that demonstrate that Rialo’s simplified architecture can achieve superior performance:

• 600k+ TPS
• 200ms finality
• 50ms block times

We want to thank our builder community around the world - the individuals who hosted regional calls, translated content, welcomed new members and created things on Rialo that solve real world problems. Our Builder's Hub, Shark Tank and Agent Grand Prix became the stages where hundreds of people showed up to create, test and build.

Our focus for year two is specific: institutional credit, agentic commerce, and building the infrastructure for neofinance - bringing enablement, programmability and governance to real-world financial systems.

Hey guys....

I know many people are ineligible for the @billions_network airdrop, same as me. I was ineligible at first, but after 3 - 4 refreshes I got a 35k allocation (around $1300) and it’s all staked, so I received nothing ($0) after 1 year of grinding as a mod.

I’ve seen how hard everyone worked, especially Super OGs who are still ineligible despite having the role. I tried to keep roles limited, but those decisions weren’t in our control and eventually roles became over allocated. Still I believed things would be handled better.

I spent a year here. I’m still relatively new to Web3 (about 1.5 years) After getting a good airdrop from OG Labs, I decided to go deeper and work toward a moderator role. After 24/7 grinding and months of consistency I got it.

But the community mod role was basically an upgraded version of Super OG. We only had limited communication with moderators and the community lead, no real internal updates and no salary. We were just waiting for TGE like everyone else and that “fake admin” role was useless since there was no allocation for it.

I’ll be honest, I made mistakes too, things like ragebaiting and other stuff. But I also made some great friends here and learned how this space really works. Now I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll do better going forward.

lastly, sorry to anyone I may have said something wrong to you. I understand the frustration and I’ll take everything as feedback and improve.

And Yeah I can't do anything if you are not eligible. as our community mods are also not eligible... This was our biggest regret
