とは私も思っていません。
利用者に人権があるように、介護士にも人権があるわけで、暴力が止まらない利用者には施設側からなんらかの処置がなされるべきだと思っています
もしくはその手前の段階、介護士の対策次第で解決できるのであればそうすべきです。
