@FHTechTeam Any reason why [email protected] are ignoring me? I can send any emails from my new VPS2 server, I think I need ports opening at the backend but can't get anyone to respond to me.
@VodafoneUK Same happened to me, however if you contest strongly enough they should rectify that. They did for me. I've now switched to #toob 1 Gbps up and down for £25 per month.
Just been switched to fibre at the invitation of @VodafoneUK and put onto their "Migration Only Full Fibre 100" package. I now find my contract ends date has been extended by 2 years, and they are asking for the return of my backup dongle despite being on a Pro package. #SCAM
@VodafoneUK As an ex employee I'm now at the end of my Tether. Since I migrated to full fibre FTTP my fixed line voicemail no longer works i.e. I can't access my voicemail. I contacted TOBi many times and spoken to a live agent who assured me he would raise a ticket. Nothing yet.

I'm currently moving my broadband and landline to Sky. When I received the order confirmation Sky say I can't have my old number and I'll be given a new one. My current provider says they can and will transfer my old landline number so why is Sky refusing to port?
@litfibre I currently have a Vodafone FTTP connection and I am considering switching to @litfibre. Lit tell me they have to run a new fibre into my home as Vodafone own my present connection. This can't be right can it? I thought that OpenReach owned the fibre ?
@OctopusEnergy What does a customer have to do to get their Smart Meter fixed. They haven't worked for months now. Reported several times, nothing happens. Time to find a new energy supplier I think.
@SmartEnergyGB Since my Smart Meters were installed by #OctopusEnergy they failed after 3 days and they have not been working for months. Repeatedly reported to #OctopusEnergy no engineer visit to date. Time to find another energy supplier I think.
@allbeautysocial Very disappointed, order placed Dec 9th still not arrived. No reply to email sent to customer support. Twitter link in order confirmation email, broken. No good to me if it doesn't arrive by Christmas. Buyer beware
@OctopusEnergy I'm an ex Avro customer hand have been migrated to OctopusEnergy. I have a direct debit with Avro which I was told not to delete as it would be moved to OctopusEnergy. I'm still paying Avro. Should I now cancel my Direct Debit with them?
