My scooter has been lying at @OlaElectric service center since 1st April — no updates, no accountability.
Weeks of follow-ups, still no clear timeline. This is unacceptable service.
Need urgent resolution or I’m escalating this to consumer court.

@Yuvraj_77 Specs look great on paper, but real experience is disappointing. My Ola S1X has barely been used and spends most of its time in the service centre. Poor reliability and support ruin everything. Honestly, best advice — avoid Ola Electric for now. @bhash@OlaElectric@REDBOXINDIA
@bhash Wish the same as the scooter performance and features are not the issue if the service is improved than this scooter is the best availaible in the price range my only concern is the service delay my scooter is in servc centre since 1st April and i have no update

What matters isn’t battery updates, it’s customer experience. People like me have money stuck in Ola Electric scooters sitting idle, with poor service, no timelines, and zero accountability.
